I didn't know how to respond when I got the news about Rappe. I had just spoken to him a week before. He was telling me how weak he was , but when I got through talking with him we were laughing and talking like old times. He sound like the old Henry Rappe. I try not to think about our last time talking so that I won't feel sad. God be with you all Eddie and your family. Rappe called me his Junior Bulk Mail Professional Clerk, because I was trained by a professional.

My deepest sympathy. Henry was a loving soul of all people and had a smile and a positive word for everyone he came in contact with. He was a joy to be around while at work any day, and any time, at the USPS, for there never was a "bad" day when he was around. He turned all negatives into positives. I wish his demeanor could be spreaded thru out the world. I loved him dearly. He was one ?? in a million! He will be missed!
